I personally never seen the play Macbeth but heard a lot about it throughout my high school. Shakespeare is a great playwright known for writing the very famous Romeo and Juliet and also for Macbeth. I watched Macbeth on youtube and what a play it was. I actually enjoyed it and that surprised me. It was a very well written play where a once loyal soldier gets a message from some witches that he would be the King of Scotland one day and would rule Scotland. Him and his impatient wife could not wait for that and took matter into their own hands and killed their king and took over and blamed the killing on some guards. When Macbeth seen that what the witch said came true, he went back to them for more information and was told that he should look out for an enemy â€Å"not born of woman† and he believed that was nonesene. Until he was sneak attacked by Malcolm and his army and when he was about to get murdered he was told by Malcolm that Malcolm was born by c-section and that he was not precisely speaking â€Å"born of woman†. So it was a very intense play for sure. The play about Macbeth that I had watch was a more modernized one it had some very createful theatrical elements. First off since the play had witches in them, the director had to come up with the way to make the witches disappear from time to time. So the director had to have a gauze curtain that was transparent. And for sound design, there was voice overs used for the witches so that it could look like they are actually talking. And the lightning was designed really well, where the goal was to inject a natural light setting. Lightning poles were set to create visual effects for the audience. As for costumes go, most of the characters at the start were wearing informs since they were in a war. The King of Scotland was wearing his silky robe which assures of how wealthy he is. Macbeth costumes changed since he went from a soldier to a self appointed King. But mostly costumes were like they were from the old medieval days. In conclusion Macbeth was a very well written play that had everything. And since I watched a modernized version, the director did very well with the theatrical elements to make it very entertaining for the audience to watch. It was a great action play that I would love to watch in a real live play.

I believe that the primary responsibility of the nurses is to secure the patient safety and the junior nurses should be motivated by the seniors. This is the primary responsibility of the nurses. I believe that the people who are suffering from very problematic illnesses need to be supported mentally. The duty of the nurses is to provide the needed medical and mental support. The senior nurses should take up the responsibility of guiding the juniors for the career success. The prime focus of this profession is to ensure the common good of the human beings through the shared responsibility. If the leadership qualities of the nurses are not proper, there will be a huge chaos in their career development prospects. If the nurses do not perform their responsibilities at the fullest, the hospitals will feel that impact and they will not be able to provide the premium services to their patients. The professional attitude is very much needed from the nurses. I had experienced such kind of a thing when I was admitted in a hospital for a surgery and I noticed that a senior nurse was behaving very rudely and badly with a patient. Later, I understood that it was due to overwork that she was not able to handle that work pressure and she lost her control. The interpersonal relationship between the nurses should be very much effective that it should always positive results. This quality is reflected every time as they communicate with the other nurses, patients families and the doctors of the hospital. If the bad behavior of the nurses continues to be evident in the profession, their good reputation might be hinged by this. I believe that the human dignity is put at a serious condition when the respect in the profession moves way. As the main motto of this profession is serve the human beings, it is very important to make an idea about how this can be evidently kept away from any of the malpractices. The dignity of this profession must be maintained. The nursing ethics should be obeyed by the nurses as this is their responsibility to keep their reputation alive. This is why the nurses have to concentrate on their work properly. It is an alarming issue that the number of nurses is decreasing very badly and nothing has been done to stop it. This can turn into a huge matter in the coming years. The ratio between the patients and nurses will have to be kept at a point where the patients can get appropriate care from the nurses. If they do not perform their tasks properly, they will be at a risk since the lives of the human beings are associated with their work. If any irresponsible things are committed by the nurses, their image will go down and this cannot be tolerated. The government has to recruit more nurses so it will be effective for them to control the various issues that are related with the common good of the society. The interpersonal relationship skills would be badly affected as the lack of communication skills between them would be exposed. I also think that as a part of their shared responsibility, they should be very careful while they should also look to keep the hospitals clean and sterile all the time and free of germs. It has become a necessary part of our culture... even now to the point that when people think of America, they naturally think of freedom and equality. The foundations of this country have relied upon it, just as it was the created by the events in the laying of those foundations. J.R. Pole states in his book, The Pursuit of Equality in American History, that the American Revolution plays an extremely significant role in the history of equality in American society. "The American Revolution in all its aspects constituted an upheaval which was also a point of departure and reference for all subsequent definitions of equality; it was a major event in the ideology and rhetoric of world history." (Pole, 3) Pole suggests that the reason for the start of the American Revolution was an "outraged sense of equality." Financial Performance of Retail Banking in India - Literature review Example Amidst all unfavourable global financial climates, India’s Banking Industry, especially the retail banking industry was able to maintain steady growth. â€Å"Retail Banking is a banking service that is geared primarily towards individual consumers. Retail banking is usually made available by commercial banks, as well as smaller community banks. Unlike wholesale banking, retail banking focuses strictly on consumer markets†(Dr. Revathy, 2012, p.132). In fact the pace at which the Indian banking industry has grown in recent times has surprised many economists and neutral observers. The growth in Indian banking industry â€Å"is evident from the higher pace of credit expansion, expanding profitability and productivity similar to banks in developed markets, lower incidence of non- performing assets and focus on financial inclusion†(Dr. Goyal & Joshi, 2012, p.18). Repo is the short form of repurchase agreement. â€Å"Repo rate or repurchase rate is the rate at which banks borrow money from the central bank (read RBI for India) for short period by selling their securities (financial assets) to the central bank with an agreement to repurchase it at a future date at predetermined price† (Ansul, 2010). It is just like borrowing money from a lender by selling him something. Reverse ripo is the opposite of repo. In the case of reverse ripo, a dealer buys government securities from an investor and then sells them back at a later date for a higher price (Investopedia, 2013). In short, ripo is the rate at which RBI sell its funds to other financial institutions whereas reverse ripo represents the interest at which RBI borrows funds from other banks. Banking interest rates depends on the ripo and reverse ripo rates. In other words, banks will be forced to increase the interest rates or money lending and borrowing when the ripo and reverse ripo rates increases and vice versa. In short, banking interest rates are directly proportional to the ripo and reverse ripo rates. Cash reserve Ratio (CRR)  is the amount of funds that the banks have to keep with the RBI (What is CRR, repo and reverse repo rate?, 2012) RBI cuts Repo Rate from 7.50% to 7.25%;  Reverse Repo Rate, Bank Rate and MSF Rates too adjusted to 6.25%, 8.25% and 8.25% respectively in this month (Goyal, 2013).
